If you want to receive the messages from your contact form you need to update the Notification email address.
By default Creatix comes with the first Bubble Support. If you don't want to show the bubble when the page loads and instead want to show only the tab, you can do that.
One shows up the Bubble on load.
The other shows up the Tab on load.
You can add the one you want by going to the left panel and selecting the Symbols Tab.
